The Lucarelli and Ferrario Law Firm was founded in 2005 by lawyers Pietro Carlo Ferrario and Lara Lucarelli, qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and all higher courts, and joined as partners by lawyer Lorena Maria Auria.

The law firm is the result of a long-standing collaboration between the founders: the cassation lawyer Lara Lucarelli and the lawyer Peter Carlo Ferrario, PhD in "Private and Commercial Law - Contracts and Industrial Property." Ferrario's research area is responsible for one of the firm's specializations in contractual consultancy. Since 2017, the firm has been joined as a partner by Lorena Maria Auria.
The law firm currently operates from three offices, where three lawyers, supported by one lawyer, two trainees, and numerous consultants and experts, practice.
