Studio Legale Associato Lucarelli e Ferrario was founded in 2005 by lawyers Pietro Carlo Ferrario and Lara Lucarelli, who are qualified to practise before the Court of Cassation and all higher jurisdictions. They were joined as partners by lawyer Lorena Maria Auria.

Today, it continues to support those in need of legal assistance thanks to the collaboration of competent and specialised professionals, for the elaboration and identification of the most effective defence strategies.

The law firm is the result of a long-standing collaboration between its founders: court-appointed lawyer Lara Lucarelli and lawyer Pietro Carlo Ferrario, PhD in "Private and commercial law - contracts and industrial property". One of the firm's specialisations in contractual consulting is due precisely to lawyer Ferrario's area of research. Since 2017, lawyer Lorena Maria Auria has joined the firm as a partner.


The law firm currently operates in three locations in which the three lawyers, assisted by a solicitor, two trainees, and many consultants and experts, carry out their activities.
